Abstract

There have been a multitude of operative technics developed to create an artificial vagina.
When it is congenitally absent. However, each of those technics has its disadvantages.
A simplified method of vulvovaginoplasty for creating a neovagina described by Williams
Dewhurst is presented and an experience there of is described here.
